JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and input completed/inspected units from projects; maintain as-built drawings and support RFI submittals; coordinate needed equipment, materials, and subcontractor support; coordinate field meetings, compile notes and pictures during job walks/inspections and communicate findings to project management team.

• Manage USA Tickets including creating project drawings showing USA tickets needed prior to excavation in order to maintain project schedule; communicate upcoming USA ticket needs to project team; submitting new USA tickets and ensuring response/markings from all utilities; logging and updating open USA tickets and communicating new expiration dates to “Excavation Leads”.

• Complete training and certifications required for utility verification; use locating equipment to verify markings done by utilities in excavation area; ensure locating equipment is in good working order and calibrated as needed.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

• This position is located in Burney, CA and requires employees to be on site.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

• High School Diploma

• Working Knowledge of computers and software applications (MS Office Products)

• Must have a valid driver’s license + clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Must be able to complete a satisfactory background check.
